Hi, i hope this game is not going to become a vaporware, its really an exellent rts i think, gfx are pro, all theses details are pro in your game, one thing you have to think about it, is, people are waiting for your game, free or not!!!
We know you work on it in your spare time, but with all the effort you put on it, its really important to give more news about your work and the evolution of your game...

Hey,

the answer is easy: we cannot predict as most of us have "real" jobs, real life and as we are growing older more and more private responsibilities thus limiting the time to work on our hobbies. However, we are still alive and working on DVW even if it takes us a lot more years :) This weekend we will have another sechsta sinn meeting, so watch out for new entries in our live ticker or diary.

"Schreiben" is either "to write" as a verb or a "letter"/"notice" as a noun and "Vorschau" is "preview". Google can translate whole pages, and dict.cc or dict.leo.org are good English<->German dictionaries.

Well, actually moddb's top games are from individual developers. A fine example is P.U.R.E. (not that stunt game) and Iron Grip: Warlord. P.U.R.E. is made by a single person alone (though the creator, Argh and the community might argue) using the RTS engine Spring. Warlord on the other hand, well, I have no idea, but it states that it is a FPS. Both P.U.R.E. and Iron Grip: Warlord has been on the top list for sometime, and P.U.R.E., before that largely unknown, was at the top for approx. 5 days (and being chased by media) before being overshadowed by GTA. So won't DVW have a chance on ModDB?

One more thing: What does "Schreiben" and "Vorschau" mean?

Well, personally I don't visit moddb often, and when I look through the PC games listed I see HL2, Oblivion, CoD4,... not quite our league, is it? :-) Still, if you know the people at moddb we would appreciate your support getting featured there.

It should have been "Guten Tag, wie geht es euch allen?" but I think you'll find as much errors in my english as I would find in your german. :)
Apart from that, your RTS game looks pretty nice, any information on development time, team size etc?

Ok, just watched some youtube videos of your game and it looks amazing. You support up to 32 players per session? wow.
As we're "indie-rts-developers", too, (you've probably figured that out by now) are there any more resources like a "development diary" or something like that?
